Bear River Estates Construction Staking for Mercer-Fraser

Points West provided construction staking services for the Utility Infrastructure Installation project and BIA Road Construction Project for 1.07 miles of new roadway and underground utilities to Mercer-Fraser, the general contractor for this project. Additional construction staking was required for construction of the Waste Water Treatment plant serving the single family houses, proposed apartment complex and recreation and community center.

Tasks included verification of existing control, coordination with design engineers and the contractor on plan changes such as grades and relocation of joint utility trenches, drainage ditches, and calculation of materials quantities for stripping and subgrade excavations. Points West was able to respond quickly to the initial project timeline by utilizing 3 survey field crews on the project. Points West is the only private local survey firm with this capability in house.
